Fire/Shield/Android TV Netflix
If you have set up everything correctly but you are still getting a proxy error with Netflix, follow the below steps to get everything working again.
- Go to Settings, Applications, App Store and turn automatic updates off.
- Click back, click Manage Installed Applications.
- Go to Netflix and click Uninstall (if it is installed).
- Click home, go to search and type downloader.
- Click it from Apps and Games and download it (big orange icon).
- When ready open the downloader app, click Allow, and OK if the update notes show.
- Type the following url [sign up or login to see this link] and hit go.
- Once downloaded hit install and Open
- Sign in and enjoy Netflix!
